Mighty Micros provides free support services for families after their micro preemie (urgent and preterm pregnancy) arrives home until they are 1 year old.
One Love Strong Foundation provides the following:
- Monthly 15-minute phone or Zoom Session
- Monthly Care Package
- Invitations to Social “Family Events”
- Access to additional community resourc
